Available Positions

1. Manager (Female Only)

Salary

₦200,000 Monthly + Bonuses

Job Responsibilities

Set goals and objectives for the sales team or department.

Develop strategies and action plans to achieve business targets.

Supervise and support team development.

Make operational and business decisions to improve performance.

Monitor staff productivity and customer satisfaction.

Ensure smooth daily operations of the boutique.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree.

Minimum of 2 years experience in luxury retail or fashion sales.

Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Deep understanding of luxury fashion brands and current trends.

Must reside in Maitama or nearby areas within Abuja.

2. Sales Executive (Female Only)

Salary

₦120,000 Monthly + Bonuses

Job Responsibilities

Identify potential customers through calls, referrals, social media, walk-ins, and field visits.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Achieve assigned sales targets.

Conduct market research and provide sales reports.

Promote luxury fashion products and services.

Ability to confidently close sales.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree.

Minimum of 2 years experience in luxury retail or fashion sales.

Excellent communication, poise, and persuasive skills.

Good understanding of luxury fashion trends and customer service.

Must reside in Maitama or surrounding areas.
