Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead business growth initiatives, identify new market opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have strong business development, sales, negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to drive revenue growth and achieve organisational targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.

- Develop and implement effective business growth strategies.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

- Generate leads, negotiate business deals and secure new contracts.

- Conduct market research and identify emerging business opportunities.

- Prepare business proposals, presentations and reports.

- Monitor sales performance and ensure business development targets are achieved.

- Collaborate with management and other departments to improve business performance.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related discipline.

- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant business development or sales experience.

- Proven ability to generate leads and secure business opportunities.

- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

- Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.

- Good knowledge of market research and business strategy.

₦350,000 – ₦450,000 monthly, depending on experience and qualifications.
