Job Description

We are seeking a competent, organised and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records, oversee accounting transactions and ensure accurate financial reporting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining proper financial documentation, preparing financial statements, monitoring expenses and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting transactions.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.

- Monitor income, expenses, cash flow and company expenditures.

- Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts.

- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers and other financial documents.

- Assist with budgeting, financial planning and cost control.

- Ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.

- Support tax preparation and statutory financial compliance.

- Identify financial discrepancies and recommend corrective measures.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.

- Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.

- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

- Strong numerical, analytical and organisational skills.

- High level of accuracy, integrity and attention to detail.

- Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Salary

₦250,000 – ₦350,000 monthly.
