Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-oriented Waitress to provide excellent service to customers in our dining or hospitality establishment. The successful candidate will welcome guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that customers have a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist them with seating when necessary.

• Present menus and explain available meals and beverages.

• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.

• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.

• Respond politely to customer questions and special requests.

• Check on customers during their meals to ensure satisfaction.

• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in dining areas.

• Prepare tables and arrange cutlery, plates, and other dining essentials.

• Process bills and payments where required.

• Report customer complaints or service issues to the supervisor.

• Follow food hygiene, safety, and customer service standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of a secondary school certificate.

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, or customer service is an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• A polite, friendly, and professional attitude.

• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.

• Good personal hygiene and attention to detail.

• Basic numerical skills for handling orders and payments.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.
