Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build, manage, and grow relationships with individual and corporate banking customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, promoting banking products and services, maintaining customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue and portfolio growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.

Grow and manage a portfolio of retail, commercial, or corporate clients.

Acquire new customers and expand existing customer relationships.

Drive deposits, loans, investments, and other banking product sales.

Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely resolution of issues and complaints.

Conduct regular customer visits and business development activities.

Analyze customer financial needs and provide suitable financial solutions.

Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and risk management procedures.

Prepare periodic portfolio performance and business development reports.

Collaborate with internal departments to deliver excellent customer service.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products, market trends, and industry developments.


Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Previous experience in banking, relationship management, sales, or business development is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Good understanding of banking products and financial services.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to meet sales and portfolio growth targets.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
