Description

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Specify if you have a physical hub, e.g., Lagos, London, etc.)

About Us
We are a fast-growing, forward-thinking entertainment company pushing the boundaries of global storytelling. Our diverse portfolio spans feature films, hard-hitting documentaries, cutting-edge animation (cartoons), and engaging kids' programming. We don't just create content; we build universes that resonate across cultures.

To lead our next phase of hyper-growth, we are seeking a visionary, battle-tested Studio Manager with deep industry roots and a global worldview.

The Role
As our Studio Manager, you will be the captain of our creative and operational ship. You will oversee day-to-day studio operations, streamline production pipelines across multiple formats (live-action and animation), and critically, leverage your international network to scale our distribution, co-production, and licensing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Studio Operations & Leadership: Manage the end-to-end operational workflow for film, documentary, cartoon, and kids’ show productions. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to world-class standards.

Global Market Expansion: Utilize your existing network to broker distribution, co-production, and financing deals across major global entertainment hubs, specifically the USA, India (Bollywood), China, and key African markets.

Talent & Vendor Management: Recruit, lead, and inspire top-tier creative talent (directors, animators, writers, editors). Manage relationships with international studios and tech vendors.

Strategic Growth: Align creative output with commercial viability. Identify emerging trends in the kids/animation and streaming spaces to position our content ahead of the curve.

Financial Oversight: Manage budget allocations, optimize studio resource utilization, and maximize ROI on all production slates.

Requirements (Must-Haves)
Proven Studio Management Experience: You must have a track record of successfully running a production studio or a major department within an entertainment conglomerate.

Multi-Genre Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing varied content formats—specifically high-quality animation/kids' content alongside live-action films or documentaries.

The Global Rolodex: A verifiable, active network of industry connections (distributors, platforms, creators, or investors) in the USA, India, China, and Africa.

Business Acumen: Strong understanding of international intellectual property (IP) laws, licensing, syndication, and entertainment financing.

Leadership Style: Exceptional leadership skills, culturally agile, with the ability to manage cross-continental teams across different time zones.

What We Offer
Competitive compensation of up to ₦5,000,000 (commensurate with experience).

Performance-based bonuses and profit-sharing opportunities on successful global distributions.

The creative freedom to shape a world-class studio slate from the ground up.

A collaborative, high-energy environment with a massive global footprint.
