Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Factory Supervisor to oversee the daily production of mala, ensuring quality standards, hygiene, efficiency, and staff productivity are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
Monitor product quality.
Allocate duties to production staff.
Ensure production targets are achieved.
Monitor inventory of raw materials.
Maintain production records.
Report equipment faults and operational issues.
Requirements:
Minimum of OND or equivalent.
Previous experience in food production or factory supervision.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Good leadership and organizational skills.
