Job Summary

The Facility Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety, and functionality of all building systems, infrastructure, and facility grounds to ensure optimal performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural, and mechanical equipment.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for uninterrupted facility operations.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mechanical and civil systems.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness drills.

Implement corrective actions for identified safety risks and maintain compliance documentation.

Plan, coordinate, and execute facility improvement and renovation projects.

Manage budgeting, scheduling, and contractor supervision for facility projects.

Oversee civil works and structural modifications while ensuring compliance with building regulations and standards.

Requirements

B.Sc or HND in a related discipline.

Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in a similar role.

Good knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

Ability to perform physical inspections across facility areas.
