Job Description

 

We are recruiting experienced and results-driven Business Development Executives to support business growth, client acquisition and market expansion for a reputable oil and gas company in Port Harcourt.

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities

 

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil and gas sector.

- Generate leads and acquire new clients.

- Build and maintain strong client and business relationships.

- Prepare business proposals, quotations and presentations.

- Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.

- Follow up on leads, enquiries and prospective clients.

- Support sales, revenue growth and business expansion strategies.

- Attend client meetings and participate in negotiations.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

- Prepare regular business development reports.

- Represent the company professionally before clients and business partners.

 

Qualifications & Requirements

 

- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics or a related field.

- Relevant experience in business development, sales, marketing or client relationship management.

- Experience in the oil and gas industry is an added advantage.

- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

- Excellent networking and relationship-management abilities.

- Ability to generate leads and convert opportunities into business.

- Target-driven, proactive and commercially minded.

- Good computer skills.

- Strong professional ethics and integrity.

- Ability to work independently and meet business targets.
