Direct Sales Agent

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Agent to promote and sell the company's products and services to prospective customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving assigned sales targets through direct engagement and field activities. 

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, referrals, networking, and lead generation activities.
Promote and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Submit regular sales reports to management.
Stay informed about company products, competitors, and market trends. 

Requirements
OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Previous sales experience is an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Good customer service orientation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
