- Attend to customers and understand their needs.
- Promote and explain products or services to customers.
- Provide accurate information about prices, features, and availability.
- Process customer orders and sales transactions.
- Follow up with customers and maintain good customer relationships.
- Meet assigned sales targets and objectives.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Maintain proper records of sales and customer information.
- Arrange and display products attractively.
- Monitor stock levels and report low or unavailable products.
- Assist with daily sales reports and other administrative duties.
- Work with the sales team to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
