operational period.
• Conducted daily toolbox talks covering HSE compliance and operational procedures for a team of 20+ personnel
including LPG operators, safety officers, motor-boys and truck drivers, resulting in zero Lost Time Injury (LTI)
record and achieving 100% regulatory compliance
• Monitored LPG pressure, temperature, and flow rate to ensure safe and stable operations, achieving
approximately 99% product accountability by reconciling weighbridge and tank measurements utilizing the Tank
Farm Management System (TFMS) within the Central Control Room (CCR).
• Handled the end-to-end receipt, storage and distribution of over 11,000+ Metric Tons (MT) of LPG, managing
safe vessel-to-tank transfers across 4 high-capacity strategic storage tanks.
• Leveraged the Tank Farm Management System (TFMS) as the primary CMMS/ERP platform to monitor real-time
product safety, security, and inventory accountability across 4 LPG storage tanks, applying work tracking, asset
monitoring, and operational reporting principles in a high-throughput terminal environment.
• Executed the installation, testing, and commissioning of one (1) NIPCO-Gas skid site in Victoria Island, Lagos,
while coordinating field maintenance operations across multiple skid locations nationwide, directly supporting
the expansion of NIPCO's LPG retail distribution network across Nigeria.
