Tele Sales Customer Support Officer

Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and persuasive Tele Sales Customer Support Officer to manage inbound and outbound calls, generate sales opportunities, provide product information, and deliver exceptional customer support. The successful candidate will help drive revenue growth while ensuring high customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
Convert leads into sales and achieve assigned targets.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and existing customers to improve retention.
Collaborate with sales and support teams to enhance customer experience.
Prepare daily and weekly performance reports. �

Requirements
OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer support is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Good knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
