Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Baker to join their growing bakery team in Uyo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked products while maintaining hygiene, consistency, and excellent production standards in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked products
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately according to recipes
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and product presentation
• Monitor baking processes and manage production timelines efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen
• Operate baking equipment and report maintenance needs when necessary
• Assist with inventory monitoring and raw material management
• Support the bakery team in meeting daily production targets

Requirements
