Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to join a dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis to drive strategic decision-making and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities

Analyze financial performance and prepare management reports

Develop financial models and business performance dashboards

Provide insights to support strategic business decisions

Monitor financial trends and recommend improvements

Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments

Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of financial reports

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related finance role

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA will be an added advantage
