We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Professional to join our growing team.

This is a full-time, fully #remote position conducted via Zoom, working California, USA hours.

You will be responsible for managing leads, conducting consultations, building strong client relationships, and driving conversions from inquiry to contract. This role requires confidence, consistency, and a high level of professionalism.

Requirements (please read carefully):

Minimum 10 years of sales experience (required)

Strong skills and proven track record in sales

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage clients from initial contact through to closing

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Able to work full-time (5 days per week) during California (USA) business hours

Reliable internet connection and a professional remote setup

Proven ability to close over 20% of qualified leads, with a goal of reaching 30%+ conversion rate
