Job Description

 

Access Link And Consult Services Ltd is recruiting an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations in a prominent hotel located in GRA, Port Harcourt. The Hotel Manager will ensure smooth running of all departments, maximize revenue, deliver high-quality guest services, and maintain operational efficiency.

 

This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of hotel management processes.

 

 

Key Responsibilities & Duties

 

Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.

 

Develop and implement business strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

 

Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and address client complaints effectively.

 

Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare financial reports.

 

Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff to ensure performance excellence.

 

Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to increase hotel occupancy.

 

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

 

Maintain relationships with suppliers, partners, and service providers.

 

 

 

Qualifications & Skills

 

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.

 

Minimum of 3–5 years experience in hotel management or senior hospitality roles.

 

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.

 

Knowledge of hotel management software is an advantage.
