Job Summary

Access Link And Consult Services ltd is recruiting a Sales Activation Supervisor for a reputable organization in Surulere, Lagos.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising sales activation activities, coordinating field sales representatives, driving customer acquisition, monitoring team performance, and ensuring that activation targets are achieved.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Sales Supervisor, Activation Supervisor, Field Sales Supervisor, or Sales Team Lead with strong communication, leadership, and customer acquisition skills.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily sales activation activities.
- Lead and motivate field sales/activation representatives.
- Set daily and weekly sales and activation targets for team members.
- Monitor team performance and ensure targets are achieved.
- Conduct field supervision and provide guidance to sales representatives.
- Identify new business and customer acquisition opportunities.
- Ensure proper activation and onboarding of customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and businesses.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and periodic sales performance reports.
- Track team activities, conversions, activations, and sales results.
- Identify challenges affecting team performance and recommend solutions.
- Train and coach team members on effective sales and activation techniques.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market activities and team performance.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, field marketing, customer acquisition, or sales activation is an advantage.
- Experience supervising or leading a sales/marketing team will be highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with sales targets and performance metrics.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a field-based environment.
- Must be target-driven, proactive, disciplined, and result-oriented.
- Good knowledge of the Surulere/Lagos business environment is an added advantage.
