Job Description

Access Link And Consult Services Ltd is seeking a motivated Medical Sales Representative to join our Lagos team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling medical and surgical products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers in Yaba, Lagos.

This role requires excellent communication, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Promote and sell medical and surgical products to healthcare facilities.

Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities.

Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Demonstrate product features and explain benefits to clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare and submit sales reports, including client feedback and market insights.

Coordinate with the supply chain and inventory teams to ensure timely product delivery.

Participate in product training and workshops to stay updated on new offerings.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum of OND/NCE, HND, or BSc in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in medical or pharmaceutical products.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to travel within Lagos State for client visits.
