About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Admin/HR Officer to manage HR functions, oversee administrative operations, and ensure compliance with labor and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage staff schedules, leave & attendance
Handle employee relations & grievances
Implement performance management systems
Conduct staff performance reviews
Maintain HR & company records
Track inventory & office supplies
Ensure workplace safety & compliance
Prepare & monitor invoices, receipts & payments

Requirements:
B.Sc. in HR, Business Admin, or related field
3–4 years’ HR/Admin experience
Strong organizational & communication skills
