Candidate Registration
Individuals register online or at our office, submitting their CV and completing our screening form.
Initial Screening
We review qualifications, background, and job preferences.
Matching
We match suitable candidates to current job openings.
Employer Confirmation
Candidates are forwarded to employers for review, interviews, and potential placement.
Placement & Onboarding
Once hired, we support onboarding and, where applicable, monitor contract staff performance.
Training (Optional)
Some roles may require pre-employment training under our AccessSkill program.
Follow-Up
