We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Executive to join our team and drive growth by expanding our client base, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships within the oil and gas industry.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business development in well intervention and workover sub-sector of oil and gas industry.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business targets.
* ⁠Strong oil and gas network, good leadership and negotiation skills.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
– Identify new business opportunities, potential clients and build lasting relationships with clients and partners.
– Oversee market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
– Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
– Drive revenue growth through effective negotiation and deal-making.
