Job Title: Sales Manager

Principal Duties / Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Set sales targets and ensure their achievement through leadership and motivation of the sales team.
Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitor positioning, and trends.

Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring continuous improvement and skills development.
Provide guidance on complex sales deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Monitor performance, set clear KPIs, and deliver regular feedback to team members.

Account Management & Client Retention:
Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and providing tailored solutions.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and loyalty, aiming for long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with other departments, including technical and customer support teams, to address client concerns swiftly.

Job Requirements
To be successful in the role, the candidates should meet the following requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related fields. MBA is an added advantage.
Minimum of 4 years of proven sales experience in IT solutions or internet services.
Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of hitting sales targets.
Experience in B2B sales, with a focus on enterprise solutions.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of IT solutions, internet services, and emerging technologies.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
