Job Description
Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦150,000 per month
Job Summary:
We seek a highly skilled and courteous Front Desk Officer to provide exceptional customer service and support at our Lagos office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage reception, answer calls, and respond to emails.
2. Greet clients, visitors, and staff professionally.
3. Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information.
4. Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
5. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
Requirements:
1. Minimum OND/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Fluency in English (universal language).
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. 1-2 years of front desk or administrative experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Certification in customer service or administration.
3. Experience in a similar industry.
