Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
2. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
3. Provide accurate information on logistics services, pricing, and policies.
4. Process customer requests, such as package tracking and delivery updates.
5. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, sales) to resolve customer issues.
6. Identify and escalate complex customer issues to management.
7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
8. Participate in customer feedback and satisfaction surveys.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of customer service experience in the shipping and logistics industry.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Desirable Qualifications:
1. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
2. Knowledge of logistics operations and processes.
3. Certification in customer service or a related field.
